We are excited to continue to grow our team and are always on the lookout for highly talented and motivated individuals, who are passionate about gaming and excited to join us on our ambitious journey!

The Role:

We are now seeking an IT Manager to be responsible for leading the IT department, to enable and support the game development teams, while maintaining IT excellence in the studio.

This is a new and exciting position as it will be the most senior IT position in the Operations team. In this role you will be responsible for the supervision of the infrastructure, ensuring disaster recovery, continuity and security policies and processes are robust and compliant and that they align with the current and future business needs.

Operationally you will be responsible for IT budgeting and procurement for the studio, continuously analysing the infrastructure, processes, technologies and vendors in order to identify areas of improvement. You will also take ownership of identified IT improvement projects from inception and drive solutions to completion, ensuring that the IT team maintains and improves an excellent level of service delivery to a growing technology business.

About you:

As an experienced IT professional you will have experience and knowledge in a number of areas, such as budgeting, hardware and software licence management (both local and cloud software) as well as IT compliance and governance. You will also have experience in the development, mentoring or line management of others.

You will be highly organised and able to use industry standard tools to break down projects and manage your team’s workload across multiple simultaneous projects, while ensuring IT service targets are being met and that the support queue is managed effectively.

With excellent communication skills, you are confident in your ability to report and present directly to senior managers, department and project heads in order to provide updates, clearly communicate issues and ensure needs are met. You will also be used to building, maintaining and growing key third-party supplier relationships, as we continue on our ambitious journey.
