We are a forward thinking and innovative studio; always looking for new technologies and techniques to develop and use in our games and make them even more engaging experiences for our customers.

We are excited to be continuing to grow our team; and are always on the lookout for highly talented, motivated individuals, who are passionate about gaming, and excited about what they may be able to bring to our team at Pixel Toys!

The Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated, versatile Product Owner to become the ‘go-to’ expert in relation to key areas of the product. You will be a key member of our multidisciplinary creative Scrum team; working alongside developers to ensure product requirements are well understood and the team delivers great products.

The ideal person should possess excellent organisation and people management skills; with the ability to communicate clearly, influence, and build team cohesion and morale; scheduling and hosting regular syncs and roadmap reviews, and being confident in presenting to both the immediate and wider team.

We are looking for someone with a logical, systematic and big picture approach, who has a clear understanding and working knowledge of the different positions and activities in the system, and how specific changes may impact the end result.

In addition to your immediate team, you will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to assist in building the backlog of product features; ensuring a firm focus on the priority features and maintaining the highest of quality standards. You will be responsible for defining feature requirements (such as the customer facing web portal and/or internal tools) of a high-profile high-end cross-platform game – you will help to shape and define what success of the product looks like!

In addition, you will be able to demonstrate excellence in defining product requirements through Sprint Goals, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
