Pixel Toys is looking for a talented QA tester to help us create wonderful, entertaining games. This is an opportunity to join an exciting new developer at a critical time in the company’s development and work on titles that push the limits of the latest mobile and tablet hardware.

As a member of the Pixel Toys team you will have the opportunity to work in a flexible environment, and to add your own ideas into the mix in order to create the most enjoyable and entertaining game possible. As a member of our QA team you’ll be responsible for testing our titles during development, launch and beyond, to ensure they are free from bugs and of the highest possible quality.


Your Role

  • Work across multiple projects at different development stages
  • Report on general quality and playability of our games
  • Help the development team achieve milestone and feature deliverables    


Your Responsibilities:

  • Populate test plans
  • Create clear and accurate bug reports
  • Testing milestone releases and new features
  • Bug regression and verification, both on device and within the Unity editor

Ideally you will have most or all of the following:

  • Experience creating and maintaining bug reports
  • Ability to write and execute test plans
  • Experience testing through the full development cycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previously tested at least one title on mobile and tablet hardware
  • A passion for playing and making games
  • Experience working with JIRA or similar bug tracking software
  • Knowledge of mobile usability guidelines

  • Experience working within a development team
  • Knowledge of build deployment and continues tools
  • Strong Xml skills   
  • Unity knowledge
  • Understanding of agile methodologies
  • Previously used source control tools
